Running

  1. Run a half marathon
  2. Run a full marathon
  3. Complete a 5k in under 20 minutes
  4. Complete a 10k in under 40 minutes
  5. Complete a sub3 hour marathon
  6. Complete a sub1.5 hour half marathon
  7. Qualify for Boston

Triathlon

  1. Complete an Olympic length triathlon
  2. Complete an Ironman (140.6 series)
  3. Complete a Half Ironman (70.3 series)
  4. Complete an Ironman in less than 12 hours
  5. Qualify for the World Ironman Championships in Hawaii (I’m dreaming at this point, but why not dream)
  6. Swim a mile in less than 24 minutesCIMG0317

General

  1. Bike to work at least once a week for an entire year
