Running
- Run a half marathon
- Run a full marathon
- Complete a 5k in under 20 minutes
- Complete a 10k in under 40 minutes
- Complete a sub3 hour marathon
- Complete a sub1.5 hour half marathon
- Qualify for Boston
Triathlon
- Complete an Olympic length triathlon
- Complete an Ironman (140.6 series)
- Complete a Half Ironman (70.3 series)
- Complete an Ironman in less than 12 hours
- Qualify for the World Ironman Championships in Hawaii (I’m dreaming at this point, but why not dream)
- Swim a mile in less than 24 minutes

General
- Bike to work at least once a week for an entire year
