Quick video before my morning ride today. Nothing special, but check out that sunrise! Some beautiful views this morning, and I’ll try to capture more of them! Absolutely gorgeous and peaceful when you’re out that early!
By the way, cycling style is certainly, ummm, interesting! Especially when you’re wearing glasses

- oh, and when running at night, careful when you wear a headlamp - ate more bugs tonight then i would care to ever eat in my life!
- hardest workout ive maybe ever done tonight. bike intervals CRUSHED me! 3x13mins with 2 min of rest - ouch! tired and hurting...
- bummed i missed my workout today - 7AM to 7PM with lunch at the desk is not the best way to #Ironman train
